桑蚕蛹甲壳素及壳聚糖的提取与制备工艺研究

摘    要:以提蛹油和蛹蛋白后的蚕蛹壳杂物为原料,采用改进工艺提取蛹甲壳素和制备蛹壳聚糖.研究了脱乙酰基时碱液浓度、反应时间和温度对制备蛹壳聚糖的理化性质影响.结果表明,改进工艺不仅生产周期短,蛹甲壳素得率高,而且蛹壳聚糖的粘度高、分子量大,比虾、蟹壳的壳聚糖具有更好的应用前景.

Abstract:The improvement technique for preparing silkworm chrysalis chitin and chitosan adopted materials which was silkworm crust after extracting silkworm oil and protein. Through viscosity method, alkalimetry etc, the effect of reaction variables(alkalic concentration, time and temperture) on the performances of chrysalis chitosan was investigated. The results indicated that the new technique was easier, the cycle of production was shorter and chitin yield was higher as well. It was also shown that chrysalis chitosan has larger viscosity and higher molecular weight. Thus chrysalis chitosan has much wilder uses than chitosan produced from shrimp or crab.
