蛇床子总香豆素的杀螺活性研究

摘    要:研究蛇床子总香豆素的杀螺效果,及对钉螺酯酶同工酶以及糖原的影响,以探究其杀螺机理.用不同浓度(1.25、2.50、5.00、10.00、20.00、40.00mg/L)蛇床子总香豆素处理液处理钉螺,发现10mg/L以上浓度处理3~4d可100%杀死钉螺,且处理液浓度和处理时间与钉螺的死亡率显著的正相关.用浸杀48h的LC50浓度(4.64mg/L)蛇床子总香豆素药液浸泡钉螺,于浸泡后24、48、72、96h挑选活螺,检测钉螺酯酶同工酶活性及软体组织糖原的变化情况.结果表明:浸泡的96h内,钉螺酯酶活性先升高,后降低,最后几乎完全丧失;体内糖原含量则随浸泡时间的延长而降低,浸泡96h后糖原含量下降30.06%.

Abstract:This study had been carried out to evaluate the killing effect of total coumarin of Cnidium monnieri on Oncomelania hupensis. In order to explore the potential molluscididal mechanism, the experiments also observed the influences of total coumarin of C. monnieri on esterase isozymes activities and glycogen content of O. hupensis. Six concentrations of total coumarin (1.25, 2. 50,5.00,10.00,20.00,40. 00 mg/L) were used to treat O. hupensis. The results showed that the concentration of total coumarin more than 10 mg/L could effectively kill O. hupensis under 3-4 d treatment. Snails were immersed in the liquid of total coumarin at the concentrat ion of 6.46 rag/L(48 h LCso), the surviving ones were picked out and sampled after being treated for 24,48,72,96 h, then PAGE and anthrone colorimetry methods were used to observe the changes of esterase isozymes activities and tissue glycogen content of O. hupensis. Esterase isozymes activities firstly increased, and then decreased until almost lost completely during the 96 h immersion period. Meanwhile, glycogen content gradually decreased as the immersion time extended. After snails had been immersed for 96 h, glycogen content decreased bv 30.06%.
