摘    要:采用改进的固相反应法制备(Bi3.15Nd0.85)(Ti2Fe0.5Co0.5)O11.5陶瓷.多铁性能测试结果表明,陶瓷样品具有室温多铁性.样品的剩余磁化为~77memu/g,剩余极化为~1.7μC/cm2,且磁场对介电频谱的影响证实该陶瓷样品的室温磁电耦合效应.

Abstract:The layer-structured ( Bi3.15 Nd0.85 ) ( Ti2 Fe0.5 Co0.5 ) O11. 5 ceramic was synthesized by using the improved solid-state reaction method. The multiferroic properties of the sample at room- temperature by ferroelectric and magnetic measurements was proved. The sample presented large magnetic response with 2Mr≈77 memu/g and a weak ferroelectric (FE) with 2Pr≈1. 7μC/cm2. The e{fect of magnetic field on relative dielectric constant clearly indicated the magnetoelectric effects (ME) of the sample.
