基于GIS的郧县低丘缓坡土地开发建设适宜性评价

摘    要:以郧县为例,综合考虑自然因素、生态环境等要素,构建低丘缓坡土地开发建设评价指标体系,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标权重.基于GIS的空间分析功能,对郧县低丘缓坡土地开发建设进行适宜性评价,将全县的低丘缓坡土地分为4个等级:一类用地为适宜建设用地、二类用地为基本适宜建设用地、三类用地为基本不适宜建设用地、四类用地为不适宜建设用地;分别占低丘缓坡土地的比例为9.48%,42.97%,35.39%和12.17%.全县适宜进行低丘缓坡土地开发的区域主要分布在:城关镇、安阳镇、杨溪铺镇、梅家铺镇、茶店镇及刘洞镇、五峰乡.

Abstract:In this paper, taking Yunxian county as a case study, the development evaluation of constructive land was undertaken. After considering constructive land requirement, including nature, ecological, environment and so on, building constructive land evaluation factors, choosing AHP to decide the weight of factors, assessing the potential for exploiting of constructive land. Employing GIS spatial analysis function, the land in the area was classified into four levels: best suitable for construction purpose, suitable for construction purpose, basic not suitable for construction purpose, and not suitable for construction purpose, the proportion were: 9. 48%, 42. 97%, 35. 39% and 12.17%. Those areas were best suitable for the regional development: Chengguan Town, Anyang Town, Yangxipu Town, Meijiapu Town, Chadian Town and Liudong Town, Wufeng Town.
