摘    要:研究了在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)的存在下孔雀石绿与DNA作用的共振光散射光谱。加入DNA后,在pH9.5-10.0范围内,400nm和482nm处出现增强的共振散射峰。考察了影响因素和最佳反应条件的选择,据此拟定了一种DNA的纳克级测定方法。此方法灵敏度高,干扰小,检测限低,实验结果令人满意。

Abstract:Resonance light - scattering characteristics of interaction between malachite green with ctDNA was studied at the present of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. In the pH range of 9.5 - 10.0, malachite green exhibited a maximum of absorption at 400 ran and 482 nm when ctDNA was added. The effects of the determination of procedure were investigated and a new method for the determination of DNA at nanogram level based on RLS measurement was established with high sensitivity and selectivity.
