| Abstract: | This paper introduces a study result on culture technoques in vitro clonal propagation of Hubei Beihe. The scale leaves are from bulbs. The diilerentiation of buds and roots is good on MS medium. It is useful to the differentiation of buds that the medium supplemented with BA or combination of BA and N A A, it is useful to the differentiation of roots and the medium supplemented with NAA. The survival ratio after transplantation into sand soil is higher. |
