| 摘 要： | 诱导珍珠花（Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｅａ ｂｕｍａｌｄａ ＤＣ）丛生芽的最佳培养基为ＭＳ基本培养基附加ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１和ＢＡ５ＭＧ．ｌ＾－１，无菌苗在１／２ＭＳ培养基中附加ＮＡＡ１ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１、活性碳０．４５ｇ．Ｌ＾－１、硫胺素１ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１、蔗糖２０ｇ．Ｌ＾－１能长根形成完整植株。
