| Abstract: | By the research of theory and practice,this article proposed a quantitative analysis of recruitment evaluation model based on fuzzy synthesis judgment.It established the index system of ability and quality,and then brought forward the evaluation methods based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Additionally,the model was empirical tested by a case of application. |
