摘    要:运用模糊综合评判对高校教师招聘中的人才素质测评进行定量分析.在提出高校教师招聘测评指标体系的基础上,建立高校教师招聘测评的二级模糊综合评判模型,并通过实证对模型进行了检验.

Abstract:By the research of theory and practice,this article proposed a quantitative analysis of recruitment evaluation model based on fuzzy synthesis judgment.It established the index system of ability and quality,and then brought forward the evaluation methods based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Additionally,the model was empirical tested by a case of application.
