摘    要:利用GC-MS分析5个不同产地乌桕籽油的主要脂肪酸成分为:癸二烯酸、十六烷酸(棕榈酸)、十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸)、十八碳三烯酸、十八碳单烯酸(油酸)和十八烷酸(硬脂酸).其中,大悟013、022样品不仅二十碳链以下直链脂肪酸含量高(烷酸含量分别高达80.52%和79.59%),且不含三烯酸类脂肪酸,说明这两个产地品种较合适用于生物柴油开发.

Abstract:The fatty acid components of Sapium sebiferum seed from five different habitats: Macheng005,Dawu013,Dawu022,Dawu023 and Yingshan016,were analyzed by GC-MS methods.Decadienoic acid,hexadecanoic acid(palmitic acid),octadecadienoic acid(linoleic acid),18 carbon-triene,18 carbon single-acid(oleic acid) and octadecanoic acid(stearic acid) were the main components in the seeds.Especially for the seeds from Dawu013 and Dawu022,not only the contents of straight-chain fatty acids(less than 20-C) were high,but also the contents of alkyl acid were high up to 80.52% and 79.59%,respectively.Furthermore,the content of triene fatty acids was very low.The results indicated that sapium sebiferum seeds from Dawu013 and Dawu022 were more suitable for producing bio-diesel fuel.
