外消旋联萘二酸合成方法的改进

摘    要:以β-甲基萘2为原料经过溴代、水解、氧化、酯化、偶联等7步反应合成了外消旋联萘二酸,并改进1-溴-2-羟甲基萘的合成方法,产率达到92%.目标产物用1H NMR,IR等方法进行结构表征,光谱解析结果均与化合物结构相符.

Abstract:The racemic 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-carboxylic diacid was synthesized from β-methylnaphthyl via seven steps contained bromination,hydrolysis,oxidation,esterification,condensation,and the synthesis of 1-bromo-2-(hydromethyl)naphthalene was improved,obtaining the yield of 92%.The structure of target molecule was identified by 1H NMR,IR.
