摘    要:由四种不同单体通过嵌段共聚合成了顺酐—烯丙基磺酸钠—次亚磷酸钠—丙烯酸四元共聚物(BR-01).对BR-01的合成工艺参数进行了优化当反应温度为110~120℃,反应时间为5h时生成物的阻垢效果最好,当—SO32-,—COO-,—PO33-三基团的物质的量比为1∶7∶2时,分子的阻垢率最大.对不同温度、不同pH值和不同矿化度下BR-01对BaSO4的阻垢能力进行了评价,结果表明,BaSO4的阻垢能力随温度的升高而略有下降,但下降幅度很小;pH值在4~9之间阻垢效果较好,阻垢率(25℃,30mg/mL加药量)都大于80%,在pH<4和pH>9时阻垢剂的阻垢能力明显下降;随着溶液矿化度的增大,BR-01对BaSO4的阻垢能力有一定程度的下降,在矿化度由1×104mg/L到15×104mg/L时,阻垢率由原来的99%减小至85%.最后在同一条件下进行了BS-2E,CT4-52,V-953,PBTA四种类型的阻垢剂和BR-01对BaSO4的阻垢性能评价试验,结果表明BR-01对BaSO4的阻垢能力远远优于国内外同类产品.

Abstract:A kind of copolymer(BR-01) is synthesized using maleic anhydride,sodium allylsulfate,sodium hypophosphite and acroleic acid by block polymerization. The parameters of the synthesis technology are optimized. It is shown that, the scale-inhibiting result of the product is the best when the reaction temperature is 110~120 ℃ and the reaction time is 5h; the scale-inhibiting ratio of its molecule is the greatest when the ratio of-SO_3 2- to-COO-to-PO_3 3- is 1∶7∶2. The scale-inhibiting ability of BR-01 solution to BaSO_4 is evaluated under different temperatures, different pH values and different salinities, and it is shown that, the scale-inhibiting ability decreases a little with the increase of the temperature; the scale-inhibiting ratio is greater than 80% when pH value is 4~9, and it clearly reduces when pH value is less than 4 and greater than 9; the scale-inhibiting ability reduces a little with the increase of the salinity, the scale-inhibiting ratio decreases from 99% to 85% when the salinity increases from 10 000 mg/L to 150 000 mg/L. The scale-inhibiting abilities of five scale-inhibitors of BS-2E, CT4-52, V-953, PBTA and BR-01 are compared under the same condition, and it is shown that, the scale-inhibiting result is clearly better than the other four scale-inhibitors.
