摘    要:为了探讨进一步降低炼厂能耗的可能性,用夹点技术对抚顺石油二厂蒸馏装置的换热网络进行了分析.根据经验确定换热网络的最小夹点温差为20℃.由于物流较多时温-焓图确定夹点位置过程繁琐,采用问题表法确定了原换热网络的夹点位置在135℃处.分析发现原换热网络中有2台冷却器处于夹点之上,存在2条换热回路及冷流不满足热容流率准则.通过拆除冷却器、分流及打断回路的改进措施来满足夹点技术设计准则及实际要求.结果表明:改造后的换热流程每年可节约664.5t标准油,所增加的分流管线费用半年即可收回.

Abstract:In order to reduce the energy consumption in refinery factories,the heat exchanger network of the distilling apparatus in Fushun refinery is analyzed using the pinch point technology.In the original heat exchanger network,the minimum pinch temperature difference is 20℃.and the pinch point position of the original heater exchanger network is determined using problem-table method,it is at 135℃.It is found out that the working temperature of two coolers in the network is beyond 135℃ and two hot return circuits do not meet the need of heat capacity rate criterion in the heat exchanger network .The pinch design criterion and the actual request are meet by the removal of the cooler,the diffluence and the interruption of circuits.The result shows that the improved network can save the standard oil of 664.5 ton every year,the increased pipeline expense will be taken back in half a year.
