套管井"压胀松动"增产技术现场实验研究

摘    要:为了研究“压胀松动”增产技术的增产效果和对套管的影响,在延长石油管理局子长油矿对4242 井进行了现场实验.该技术采用强动载波在地层深处叠加的方法,造成压胀条件,松动岩石,增大近井带渗透率,提高油井产量.施工后,该井产量增加为原来的4 倍多.本次实验工艺上是成功的, 首先是按设计要求引爆了炸药,其二是由于采取了保护措施,使套管变形局限在施工段处,不影响下泵,不影响油井生产;套管强度校核分析也证明了套管不会破坏.施工后地质效果明显.

Abstract:The stimulation treatment of "loosening rock by the dilatancy of explosive waves" is tested in the casing well 4242 for studying its result and its influence on casing.The result of the field test shows that this test is successful in technology,the oil production of the well is 4 times as much as that of it before the test;the deformation of casing is local, and the result of the strength calculation shows that the deformation will not destroy casing.
