摘    要:针对大港油田港西四区污水体系,在部分水解聚丙烯酰胺加量不大于1000m g·L- 1,助剂(AU)加量不大于300m g·L- 1的条件下以及实验用污水的组成(矿化度为6000m g·L- 1)确定后,利用准三组分相图,选定实验范围及实验点.在选定的实验点,考察了聚丙烯酰胺溶液的浓度、pH值、温度、金属离子浓度及性质、助剂、油田常用化学剂等对聚合物溶液粘度的影响,并初步试验了改性对聚合物溶液粘度的影响.实验结果显示,聚合物溶液的粘度受溶液pH 值、温度、金属离子浓度及性质影响较大,受助剂和油田常用化学剂影响较小,改性在一定程度上可增加溶液的粘度.

Abstract:The feasibility of the polymer oil displacement system confected with polluted water is tested in No.4 area of Gangxi,Dagang Oil Field. The experimental range and points are determined by quasi threephase diagrams under the condition of HPAM≤1000mg.L -1 ,assistant≤300mg.L -1 ,and salinity=6000mg.L -1 . The effects of the concentration, pH value, temperature, the concentrations and properties of metal ions, assistants and normal chemical agents of HPAM solution on its viscosity are studied from the test results. It is shown that the effects of pH value, temperature and the concentrations and properties of metal ions are very great, and the effects of assistants and the chemical agents are little.The modification of HPAM can increase its viscosity to cartain extent.
