乙醇柴油的研究现状

摘    要:综述了乙醇柴油的研究现状 ,包括乙醇和柴油的相溶性及其影响因素 ,助溶剂的开发 ,乙醇柴油的主要物化性质和燃烧、排放性质的研究 .乙醇含量越低、柴油中芳烃和轻组分含量越高 ,温度越高 ,水含量越低 ,助溶剂表面活性越高 ,则乙醇与柴油的相溶性越好 ,同时乙醇柴油的溶水性也越好 .柴油中加入乙醇后腐蚀性稍有增大 ,十六烷值、闪点、黏度、低热值、初馏点均降低 ,其中闪点降到约 16℃ ,初馏点降到约 77℃ .烧乙醇柴油的发动机油耗率增大 ,能耗率减小 ,热效率提高 ;CO和碳烟及颗粒排放物明显降低

Abstract:This paper summarizes the present situation of the researches on ethanol diesel oil, including the studies on the intersolubility of ethanol and diesel oil and the factors of influencing it, the development of cosolvents, the main physical and chemical properties of ethanol diesel oil, and the combustion and exhaust behavior of ethanol diesel oil. The intersolubility of ethanol and diesel oil and the water-solubility of ethanol diesel oil are better when the content of ethanol in ethanol diesel oil is lower, the contents of aromatic hydrocarbon and light components in diesel oil are higher, the temperature of ethanol diesel oil is higher, the contents of water in ethanol diesel oil is lower and the surfactivity of cosolvent is higher. After ethanol is added to diesel oil, the corrosivity of diesel oil is increased a little, and its cetane number, flash point, viscosity, low thermal value and initial boiling point are decreased. Its flash point is decreased to about 16 ℃, its initial boiling point is decreased to about 77 ℃. The specific fuel consumption of the engines burning ethanol diesel oil is increased, the specific energy consumption of them is decreased, the thermal efficiency of them is improved, and their emission of carbon monoxide, carbon smoke and particles is obviously decreased.
