摘    要:研究了水力压裂缝高控制中人工隔层产生的机理,支撑剂和隔离剂输送规律.由全三维裂缝扩展模型得出裂缝几何尺寸、压裂液压力、温度、粘度、流速等参数,在此基础上建立了支撑剂和隔离剂输送模型,对支撑剂浓度控制方程在特征流线上进行分析,给出求解方案.由于施工过程实际上是在不同时间区段注入不同性质、不同浓度的液体和支撑剂或隔离剂,计算中把裂缝面划分成网格,记录在不同时刻、不同网格节点的液体和支撑剂或隔离剂的注入时间区段,可以给出液体的流动轨迹和支撑剂或隔离剂的输送规律.沉积与流固(支撑剂、隔离剂)两相滑移速度相关,而滑移速度可统一由裂缝三维压裂延伸程序求解.经过计算机仿真证实可以比较精确地描述支撑剂和隔离剂在裂缝中输送及最终的分布规律.

Abstract:The forming mechanism of artificial barrier and the transport law of proppant and separant in the fracture height containment of hydraulic fracturing are studied.The geometric size of fracture,the pressure,temperature,viscosity and velocity of flow of fracturing fluid are derived from full three dimensional model of fracture propagation.On the basis of these,the transform model of proppant and separant is established.The concentration control equation of proppant is analysed on characteristic streamline,and a scheme solving it is put forward.The surface of fracture is divided into meshes.And the time intervals injecting the fluid containing proppant or separant are recorded at these mesh points.According to these recorded data,the flow path of the liquid and the transport law of proppant and separant can be gained.Deposition is related to the sliding velocity between liquid and solid,and the sliding velocity can be get from three dimensional model of fracture propagation.Therefore the distribution laws of proppant and separant can be obtained by computer simulation.
