摘    要:介绍了XJ 1型多功能修井监控仪系统的结构,工作原理及现场应用情况.该系统在修井作业过程中,通过测量及处理串接在液压动力钳油路中的压力传感器的信号和串接在提升系统死绳端的拉力传感器的信号,来准确控制上卸扣扭矩,指示悬重,记录单根数及总长度,并将采集到的数据记录下来,用来评价修井作业质量,经现场应用取得了满意的效果

Abstract:A multifunctional workover control instrument is developed. Its structure, operating principle and applications in field are introduced. In workover treatment, the instrument can accurately control wrench and break out monents according to the signals treated from the pressure sensor and the tension sensor being seperately connected in series in hydraulic tong oil circult and in deat line. It can also indicate suspending weight, and record joint nember and its total length. According to these data, the quality of the workover treatment can be evaluated. The field applications show that the instrument is very effective.
