羧甲基甲壳素/聚砜复合纳滤膜对中水的深度处理研究

摘    要:考察了一种新型荷负电羧甲基甲壳素/聚砜复合纳滤膜对中水的处理效果.结果表明:室温下,在压力为1.0MPa、流速为30L/h,城市生活污水经过物理生化处理产生的中水经纳滤膜处理后,溶解态总磷、硝态和亚硝态总氮及CODCr的平均截留率分别可达70%、83%和95%以上,而色度的截留率几乎达100%.纳滤膜出水CODCr质量浓度在3.7~7.8mg/L之间,达到GB3838-2002地面水Ⅰ类环境质量标准;硝态和亚硝态总氮(以N计)质量浓度在2.7~3.7mg/L之间,达到GB3838-2002集中式生活饮用水地表水标准;溶解态总磷(以P计)质量浓度在1.2~1.6mg/L之间,已接近1mg/L的污水GB8978-1996Ⅱ级排放标准.荷负电纳滤膜适于中水脱磷、脱氮、脱CODCr的深度处理及含磷废水的脱磷处理.

Abstract:The negative charged Carboxymethyl chitin(CM-CH)/polysulfone(PSF)composite namofiltration membrane is used to treat reclaimed water.The results show that at room temperature,when operating pressure is 1.0 Mpa and flow rate is 30 L/h,the removal rates of total soluble phosphorus,the total nitrogen in NO3-and NO2-and CODCr are 70%,83% and 95% respectively,and the chroma is almost entirely disappeared.The concentration of CODCr,total nitrogen in NO3-and NO2-and total soluble phosphorus in the water through the namofiltration membrane 3.7~7.8 mg/L,2.7~3.7 mg/L and 1.2~1.6 mg/L respectively.The concentration of CODCr reaches to I class standard of GB3838-2002,the concentration of the total nitrogen in NO3-and NO2-reaches to the centralized living surface water standard of GB3838-2002,and the concentration of the total soluble phosphorus reaches toⅡclass discharge standard of GB8978-1996.This negative charged membrane is effective to removing phosphorus,nitrogen and CODCr in the reclaimed water and removing phosphorus from the phosphorous-containing wastewater.
