摘    要:针对渤海油田聚合物驱生产污水,合成了干粉型、水溶液型、油包水乳液型和水包水型4类絮凝剂,研究了反应条件对絮凝剂性能的影响,评价了不同类型絮凝剂对含聚合物污水的处理效果.结果表明:在一定条件下,干粉型絮凝剂最佳阳离子度为40%(阳离子单体与全部单体物质的量比),最佳反应温度为5℃,最佳引发剂浓度为0.15 mmol/L;水溶液型絮凝剂的最佳单体质量分数为1%;在合成油包水乳液型絮凝剂时,煤油适合作为连续相;合成水包水型絮凝剂的最佳反应温度为65℃;油包水乳液型絮凝剂和水包水型絮凝剂适合于海上聚合物驱油田污水处理.

Synthesis of flocculent for treating the produced sewage from polymer flooding of Bohai Oilfield
Abstract:Four types of flocculent were synthesized for the produced sewage from polymer flooding of Bohai Oilfield.For the same type of flocculent,a series of samples were synthesized under different reaction conditions,and their treatment results of the produced sewage are studied.The treatment effects of different types of flocculent are also evaluated.It is shown that:for dry powder flocculent,the optimum mole fraction of cation,reaction temperature and initiator concentration are 40%,5 ℃,and 0.15 mmol/L separately;for aqueous flocculent,the optimum mass fraction of monomers is 1%;for W/O flocculent,kerosene is suitable as oil phase;for O/O type flocculent,the optimum reaction temperature is 65 ℃.W/O type flocculent and O/O type flocculent are suitable for the treatment of the produced sewage from the polymer flooding of offshore oilfields.
