深井抗高温高密度盐水钻井液实验研究

摘    要:常用的高密度盐水钻井液在使用过程中存在钻井液增稠、流变性难以控制等现象,为了保证正常钻井,减少储层伤害,确定合适的钻井液体系是很有必要的.根据常用的钻井液配方,通过大量室内试验对影响高密度盐水钻井液流变性的因素进行了分析,并确定了该钻井液体系的最佳配方.分析结果表明影响高密度盐水钻井液流变性的主要因素是烧碱含量和膨润土含量,其次是密度与加重材料的种类,加重材料的复配是控制高密度盐水钻井液流变性、滤失性的有效方法之一.优选配方的钻井液配方性能能够满足迪那区块高温条件下对钻井液的要求.

Abstract:In Tarim Oilfield,the high-density salt water drilling fluid often becomes viscous in drilling process and its rheological property is difficult to control.In order to ensure normal drilling and reduce formation damage,it is necessary to develop an appropriate drilling fluid.Based on the common drilling fluid formulations,the factors of influencing the rheological property of the high-density salt water drilling fluid are analyzed according to a lot of laboratory experiments,and an optimum formulation is determined.It is shown that the factors of influencing the rheological property of the high-density salt water drilling fluid are mainly the contents of caustic soda and bentonite,secondly the density of the drilling fluid and the kind of weighting material.Compounding different weighting materials is one of the effective ways to control the rheological property of the high-density salt water drilling fluid.The optimized drilling fluid formulation can meet the needs of the drilling fluid under high temperature in Dina area of Tarim Oilfield.
