摘    要:研究了高碱度环烷酸镁润滑油清净剂的制备方法 .采用了中和、过碱化、碳酸化和热分解等工艺措施 .产品总碱值 350~ 580 mg KOH· g-1,而其 1 0 0℃运动粘度可稳定在 1 50 mm2 /s以下的较低范围内 .研究了投料配比和工艺条件对产品收率和质量的影响规律 ,找到了较佳的合成工艺方案和条件 .

Abstract:Highly alkaline magnesium naphthenate is a cleanser for lubricating oil, and the preparation process of it was studied. The process consists of neutralization, overbasing, carbonation, heat decomposition, stabilization, and so on. Total base number of the product may be up to 350~580mg KOH/g, and its kinematic viscosity at 100℃ is 50~150mm2/s. The influences of the mixing ratio of raw materials and various operating factors on the yield and quality of the product were studied. The optimum preparation flow diagram and operating conditions were found out.
