摘    要:提出了新的油脂水解工艺——常压多级催化水解法 .主要考察了油脂水解工艺的各项制约因素 ,如 :水的用量、p H值、反应温度、催化剂体系以及反应时间的影响 ,确定了油脂水解最佳工艺条件 ,并针对水解条件初步探讨了催化剂作用机理和油脂水解反应动力学特征 .实验表明 :在所考察范围内的最佳条件下 ,以花生油脚与花生皂脚为原料制备混合脂肪酸产率分别可达 75 .4% ,88.5 % ,同时对产物进行了红外光谱表征 ,证实了产物的主要官能团 .

Abstract:A new hydrolysis technology of oil and grease--multilevel catalytic hydrolysis technology under constant pressure is put forward. High purity mixed fatty acid can be prepared by the technology. The effects of various factors, such as water dosage, pH value of system, reaction temperature, catalyst system and reaction time etc. on the hydrolysis reaction are discussed, and the optimal reaction conditions are determined. The action mechanism of catalyst and the dynamic character of the hydrolysis reaction are studied in accordance with the hydrolysis conditions. It is shown that under the optimal conditions, the productivity of mixed fatty acid can reach to 75.4% and 88.5% separately making use of the oilstock and soapstock of peanut. The products are characterized by infrared spectrogram, and their main functional groups are proven.
