油田注防垢剂效果预测计算机模拟系统

摘    要:利用动力传质与传热和热力学基本原理,建立了一个预测油田无机结垢趋势和挤注防垢剂效果的计算机模拟系统.只要已知地层参数、地层流体参数、防垢剂性能参数和施工参数,就能方便地预测出无机结垢形成趋势、从井底到地面的结垢物沉积剖面和挤注防垢剂的效果,在此基础上对防垢措施进行经济效益评价,最终实现施工方案的优化决策.该软件以性能良好的菜单驱动,适用于所有普通油田,具有良好人机界面.通过与油田实际测定资料对比初步证明了系统的精确性、可靠性和实用性

Abstract:The fundamental theories of mass transfer and heat transfer were used and a computer simulation system was developed to predict the inorganic scaling tendency and the effectiveness of scale inhibitor injection in the oil field. The scaling tendency,the scale deposited profile from the bottom hole to the surface and the effectiveness of scale inhibitor injected can be easily predicted with the parameters of formation characteristics,the formation fluids,characteristics of scale inhibitor and construction conditions input into the system. And based on the predicted results,the economic evaluation can be made and construction plans will finally be optimized. The software is driven by a menu having good performances. It has a good interface between the computer and the operator. It is applicable to all common oil fields. its accuracy,reliability and practicality have been proven by comparison of the predicted results with the actually measured data.
