滚丝模失效分析与防止

摘    要:对滚丝模失效的分析可以搞清滚丝模的寿命及磨损等问题,通过扫描电镜等方法的研究,认为失效形式为麻点剥落,是由于材料韧性不足造成的.对Cr12MoV和LM1材料在冲击试验机上进行冲击疲劳试验结果表明,新型高强度高韧性模具钢LM1在不同冲击能量下的多次冲击疲劳寿命明显高于经不同制度热处理的Cr12MoV钢.

Abstract:he failure analysis shows that the failure form of the dies for rolling thread is pitting and delamination resulting from less toughness' The results of impact fatigue test prove that the impact fatigue life of a new type of die steel with high strength and high toughness-LM1 is longer than that of Cr12Mov steel which has undergone different heat treatment.
