| 摘 要： | 针对长庆地区靖边气田水平井钻井中遇到的地层造浆、垮塌、钻头泥包等问题,分析钻井液的技术难点,选用一定模数的硅酸盐与有机抑制剂复配,研制出强抑制无土相防塌硅酸盐钻井液体系.确定了体系基本配方并对体系的性能进行了评价.在靖平33-01井和靖平34-11井等多口井进行了现场应用,取得了良好的效果.室内外实验结果表明,体系抑制性、防塌性、润滑性良好.

Preparation of a kind of silicate drilling fluid and its application in Jingbian Gasfield |

| Abstract: | Many problems such as formation mud-making,formation collapse,bit balling,etc.were encountered in horizontal well drilling in Changqing Gasfield.For this reason,a soilless phase anti-collapse silicate drilling fluid system is developed by complexing of silicate of certain modulus with organic inhibitor.Based on determining basic formula,the performance of the system is evaluated.This drilling fluid was applied in many horizontal wells such as Jingping 33-01 well and Jingping 34-11 well.Laboratory and field test results show that the system has good inhibition,anti-collapse,lubrication,anti-temperature effects. |
