钻井泵空气包动力学的初步分析

摘    要:本文在考虑了导管和排出管线中液体惯性影响的基础上建立了空气包以后管线中液体流量的微分方程.在将钻井泵排量表达为傅里叶级数展开式后,求出了液体流量的表达式.文章分析了影响空气包效能的若干因素,认为频率完全匹配(ω=ω)可使空气包效能达到最佳,但即使在ωc<ω时,也不会出现空气包加剧波动的负效应现象.文章提了了为了避免空气包尺寸过大,不一定以频率完全匹配作为设计原则,仍可用压力不均度不超过允许值作为设计依据.文章给出了计算空气包体积的动力学公式,并认为在现有钻井泵参数条件下,它和常规公式差别不大,但对大流量高速泵,二者可能有较大差别.

Abstract:ifferential equations of the quantity of flowing fluid in the pipes behind the air accumulatorwere established on the basis of having taken the influence of fluid inertia in the guide pipe and drain pipe intoconsideration. The expressions of the rate of flowing fluid has been evaluated after expressing the rate quantityof well drilling pump as developed equations of Fourier progression. Various factors affecting the efficiency ofthe air accumulator are analysed. It is asserted that complete match of frequency (Wc=W) might result in optimum efficiency of the air accumulator.
