压裂用疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺稠化剂的制备与表征

摘    要:采用反相乳液法、氧化还原引发体系,合成了压裂用两性聚丙烯酰胺稠化剂.应用FT-IR初步表征了产品的结构.研究发现,当引发剂质量分数为0.8%(对单体),乳化剂质量分数为10%(对油相),m(油)∶m(水)为1.4∶1.0,聚合反应温度为40℃,单体n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(AA)为1.0∶0.6∶0.3,制得的两性聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量可达528万.

Abstract:The amphoteric polyacrylamide for the thickener of fracturing fluid is prepared using inverse phase suspension polymerization and redox initiation system.The chemical structure of the product is characterized with FT-IR.It is shown that the relative molecular mass of the product reaches to 5.28×106 under the optimum conditions of the dosage of initiator of 0.8% (relative to monomer),the dosage of emulsifier of 10% (relative to oil phase),the mass ratio of oil to water of 1.4∶1,the reaction temperature of 40 ℃,and the substance amount ratio of AM,DMC to AA of 1∶0.6∶0.3.
