油气科技创新思维路径决策模型研究

摘    要:创新思维路径是研究"如何创新"的,是对研究"创新什么"的深入,是确保科技创新在油气产业中有效突破的清晰解析.从研究者对问题的思考路径出发,设计了基于"发现问题→分析问题→解决问题"这一规律的思维路径初始模型,由此可以提供给专家群体研讨的对象;充分发挥综合集成研讨厅的作用,对初始模型进行节点深入分析和校正,从研讨中激发对研究初始框架的更新认识,从而达到修正和提升的目的;通过对创新思维路径的质量分析,综合考查了思维路径的创新价值和实际价值,再与思维路径实现创新的可能性风险评价相集成,得到的综合评价结果能为科技创新的研究思路决策提供有力支持.

Abstract:The innovation thinking path is researching "how to innovate",it is the deeper study on "what to innovate",and it is a clear frame for the effective innovation breakthrough.According to the thinking path of researchers,an original thinking path model based on the law of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems" is designed,and it is provided to group experts for discussion.All the nodes of the original model are fully analyzed in hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering,and the newer recognition of the original model can be presented in discussion so to improve it.The comprehensive evaluation result obtained by integrating the innovation value and the practical value of the thinking path with the risk evaluation of the possibility of the innovation realizing can provide powerful support for the decision-making of the technological and scientific innovation thinking path in petroleum industry.
