环保型钻井液技术研究与发展方向

摘    要:介绍了近年来几种环保型钻井液体系的研究及应用进展情况 ,其中包括聚合醇钻井液体系、多元醇钻井液体系、合成基钻井液体系、烷基葡萄糖苷钻井液体系、甲酸盐钻井液体系和硅酸盐钻井液体系 ,且对这 6个钻井液体系的作用机理和适用性进行了详细的分析 ,并总结了近两年来新研制开发的环保型钻井液处理剂 .最后指出了目前环保型钻井液技术存在的问题 ,对环保型钻井液技术的发展方向进行了展望

Abstract:The study of environment protecting drilling fluids and their applications in present years are discussed. The drilling fluids include JLX drilling fluid system, polyhydric alcohol drilling fluid system, synthetic drilling fluid system, alkyl glucoside drilling fluid system, formate drilling fluid system, and silicate drilling fluid system. Their effect mechanisms and suitabilities are analyzed. The additives for the environment protecting drilling fluids developed in present years are summarized. The difficulties existing in the development of the environment protecting drilling fluids are pointed out, and the development trend in the study of the environment protecting drilling fluids is put forward.
