摘    要:采用拉伸强度试验评价了改性沥青的粘结性.试验是在MTS_810(TESTSTAR_Ⅱ)材料试验系统中进行的,结果显示改性剂能够明显提高沥青的粘结力,其主要作用机理是改性剂吸收了部分沥青组分,改变了沥青的组分配合比和性质.同时也使改性剂的一些性质发生改变.由于改性剂的存在吸收了破坏应力,因而提高了沥青抵抗外力破坏的能力和破坏伸长率.并在此基础上建立了微观模型.

Abstract:The cohesiveness of asphalt can be evaluated by its tensile strength and tensile strain. The tensile strength and strain of two asphalts and their modified products were measured on tension unit MTS-810(TESTSTAR-). The modified asphalts were gained by adding three modifiers of different dosage to the two asphalts respectively. The results show that, (1) the cohesiveness of asphalt can be improved by adding to modifier; (2) improving result varies with the types of asphalt and the types and dosage of modifier, there is optimal dosage to every kind of asphalt and every kind of modifier matched with it. The microcosmic mechanism of the effect of modifier on asphalt is analyzed. And it is held that after adding to modifier, it absorbs a part of some components of asphalt such as to change the component ratio and property of asphalt, the property of modifier is also changed at the same time. The interaction improves the cohesiveness of the modified asphalts.
