摘    要:根据连续管在井下的应力状态,考虑轴向载荷,应用弹性失稳理论和von Mises屈服准则,对理想圆截面管进行抗内压分析,得出连续管的破裂压力.建立椭圆截面管的挤毁压力数学模型;运用有限元软件对连续管的挤毁压力进行计算机模拟分析;并对挤毁压力数学模型和有限元分析结果进行比较,二者吻合.

Abstract:According to the stress state of the coiled tubing in the operating process,the bursting pressure of the coiled tubing with circular section under axial tension load and internal(and external)pressure are gained based on elastic instability theory and the von Mises criterion.The mathematical model of the collapse pressure of the coiled tubing under axial tension load and external pressure is established based on elastic instability theory and the von Mises criterion.The finite element model of it is also presented,and the theoretical calculation result of the collapse pressure is compared with the finite element calculation result,and both are consistent.
