摘    要:实验研究了以超临界水氧化法(SCWO)处理油田含油污泥实现含油污泥无害化处理.考察了反应温度、反应压力、停留时间、pH值等条件对含油污泥COD去除率的影响.实验结果表明:一氧化碳和醋酸是中间产物,二氧化碳是最终产物.当反应温度为440℃、反应压力为24MPa、反应停留时间为10min、pH为10时,含油污泥中的COD去除率可达到98%以上.反应停留时间和反应温度是影响含油污泥中COD去除率的主要因素.随着反应停留时间和反应温度的增加,含油污泥COD去除率增加;反应压力和氧化剂质量浓度对含油污泥COD去除率也很重要,但当反应压力和氧化剂浓度达到一定值时,对含油污泥COD去除影响不大.

Abstract:The harmless treatment of oilfield oily sludge by oxiding in supercritical water is studied in laboratory,and the effects of the reaction temperature,the reaction pressure,the reaction time and the pH value on the removal rate of COD in the oily sludge are investigated.The experimental results show that,carbon monoxide (CO) and acetic acid (CH3COOH) is the intermediate products of the oxidation reaction,and carbon dioxide (CO2) is the ultimate product of it;when the reaction temperature is 440 ℃,the reaction pressure is 24 MPa,the reaction reaction time is 10 min and pH value is 10,the removal rate of COD can reach to above 98%;the reaction time and the reaction temperature are the main factors of influencing the COD removal rate,the COD removal rate increases with the increase of the reaction temperature and the reaction time;the reaction pressure and the original concentration of oxygen are also important factors of influencing the removal rate ,but when the reaction pressure and the oxidant concentration are increased up to a certain value,the COD removal rate will have little change.
