油库最佳库存量模型的建立与模型最优化

运用油库系统设计方法 ,建立了油库系统的最佳库存量模型 ,提出了用数字仿真技术确定油库最佳库容的方法 .在确定油库最佳库容时 ,提出了油库必须满足某一最小库容的概念 .由于油库系统设计方法考虑了油库与环境的交互作用 ,因而与传统的周转系数法相比 ,运用文中建立的油库系统最佳库存模型设计的库容将更为经济合理 .

Establishment and Optimization of the Stock Model of an Oil Depot System

The purpose of establishing the stock model of an oil depot system is to determine its optimum stocks under satisfying some conditions,such as, no oil in or out for several days.In this paper, the optimum stock model was established by using oil depot system design method, and it was suggested that the optimum stocks can be determined by using the technique of numerical simulation under satisfying some mininum stocks. In the systematic design method, the interaction of oil depot and environment was considered, so compared with traditional turnover coefficient method, the stocks designed by this method will be more economical and reasonable.
