磨粉机磨辊驱动方案设计探讨

摘    要:大型磨粉机的引进、消化吸收项目实施已有多年,到目前为止,对磨粉机磨辊驱动方案设计方面的系统性研究成果较少。作者从1987年开始参加我国小麦制粉行业引进设备的消化吸收项目,在长期实践的基础上,对主传动系统和两种磨辊驱动方案进行了系统的分析与计算,指出了各种主传动系统和两种磨辊驱动方案的特点,提出了一些新的观点,为新型磨粉机的开发设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The project on the import and absorption of large roller mill has been carried out for many years. Now systematic research on the design of mill roller driving schemes is few. The author has been working on the project on the absorption of imported roller mill since 1987, Based on the long-term practice, the transmission system and the two types of driving schemes of mill roller were systematically analyzed and calculated. The characteristic of every transmission system and driving schemes of mill roller was indicated. Some new viewpoint was put forward, providing the theoretical base to the design of new type roller mill.
