汽车液压升降尾板的设计

摘    要:介绍了汽车液压升降尾板的结构、作用。设计了汽车液压升降尾板的液压传动系统,对尾板、举升臂进行了受力分析,计算了关门缸、举升缸的负载;并给出了汽车液压升降尾板的设计原则。

Abstract:This article introduces the structure and function of the vehicle hydraulic pressure lifting and falling the tail plate,It designs the hydrometer pressure transmitting system of the vehicle lifting and failing tail plate,and analysis of the forces is carried out on the tail plate and the lifting bar.The load of the shutting and lifting hydraulic cylinders are calculated.And the designing principle of hydrometer pressure lifting and failing tail plate is introduced as well.
