FMFQ810K型磨粉机磨辊三轮驱动优化设计

摘    要:目前我国的大、中型磨粉机快慢辊驱动装置广泛采用由三轮组成的双面同步带传动或步楔复合带传动。针对FMFQ810K型磨粉机三轮驱动系统实践中存在的问题,分析了产生问题的根源,提出了改进措施,对传动的关键尺寸进行了优化,克服了同步带大带轮一侧带齿剪断现象,解决了工程实际问题。

Abstract:Today,double-hold-in range or hold-in range and V-type tan belt compound belt are widely used in the three-wheel drive of the large or middle-scale roller transfer mechanism.Aimed at solving the problem of "FMFGT456" roller mill,the causes of the problem are analyzed,revamped measure is given,the critical parameter of the transmission overall is optimized,the status of the broken teeth in the big band pulley is surmounted,the practical problem in the engineering is solved.
