| Abstract: | This paper discusses the necessity of developing a computer monitoring system with high reliability which is more readily expandable and maintains as will as the high ratio of performance via prices. In addition, based on the whole structure of the system, software and handware design, transformation system design etc., this paper also shows the components and working principles of this system. |
