| 摘 要： | 就虚拟装配技术及手工动作分析的现状提出基于虚拟手工装配的动作生成机制的研究,给出了动作生成机制研究的总体方案,即根据零件的状态参数及装配要求来确定零件的装配顺序,然后分解每一个装配过程需要的手工动作,直至分解成手指关节的基本运动单元,再根据手臂手指基本动作的标准时间确定一个操作动作的时间,进而确定整个装配过程的时间,同时形成一套标准的操作程序。最后,对于虚拟手工装配动作的自动生成机制在模拟手工装配和机器人动作研究等领域的应用前景作了预测。
