| 摘 要： | 体育有别于其他学科的显著特点是直观性相当强，师生共同活动，教与练的密切配合贯穿于整个课堂。体育课中有一个好的情感环境，就能使学生的注意力集中，有兴趣，精神振奋，这对提高课的质量，显得十分重要。自信心就像催化荆能将人的一切潜能调动起来，使人们百折不挠，不断努力，最终获得成功。
