女大学生就业难的原因及其对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Employment Problem of Female College Students

The employment problem of college students especially that of female college students,has been paid great attention by the public.How to deal with the problem is intimately associated with the interest of women to survive and develop equally,with the wellbeing of millions of families and the social stability.This paper firstly analyzes the causes of the employment problem of female college students from the two angles of society and individuals.Then the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three aspects of social environment,educational system and female college students themselves.
