| 摘 要： | 论述了目前民办高校中教学督导存在的不足;应用现代教育理论,结合个人的教学和教学督导实践,对民办高校教学督导工作中应如何创新进行探讨.实践证明:我们提出的4个创新,符合民办高校的实际情况,行之有效,对民办高校的教学能起到有效的教学质量监控作用,能收到较明显的效果.
