摘 要: | 用爱因斯坦模型和德拜模型分析得出无磁场时铁、钴和镍磁性粒子热容量的变化,用统计物理方法分析了磁矩与外磁场相互作用、晶格振动、表面自由能等对铁、钴和镍纳米铁磁粒子热容量的影响.数值计算结果表明:无磁场时,低温情形下热容量随着温度的升高而变大,温度较高时趋于稳定;磁矩与外磁场相互作用引起的纳米铁磁粒子的热容量随温度的升高而增大,随外磁场强度的增大而减小;晶格振动引起的纳米铁磁粒子热容量随温度的升高而增大;粒子表面能引起的热容量随温度的升高而增大,粒径越大,热容量也越大.
