| 摘 要： | 目的：比较几种脱毛剂对猪皮肤活力的影响.方法：通过台盼蓝染色法与MTT法检测三种脱毛剂处理后猪皮肤的活力,比较几种脱毛剂的优劣,以机械脱毛为阳性对照,剂量25kGY60Co照射为阴性对照.结果：使用脱毛剂1猪皮肤活力降低15%左右,使用脱毛剂2猪皮肤活力降低10%左右,使用脱毛剂3猪皮肤活力降低20%左右.结论：三种脱毛剂中,脱毛剂2对猪皮肤活力影响最小.

The Effect of Some Kinds of Depilatorium to Pig Skin's Viability |

| Abstract: | Objective:compare the effect of some kinds of depilatorium to pig skin's viability.Methods:examine the skin's viability by using Trypan blue staining and MTT,compare the effect of above depilatorium,keep the mechanical depilating and 60Co radiating(the dose is 25 kGY) skin's viability as positive control and negative control respectively.Results:the percentage of the viability's loss is: 1.about 15%;2.about 10%;3.about 20%.Conclusion :the 2nd depilatorium's influence to the pig skin is the smallest. |
