A/O变形工艺处理制革废水的研究

摘    要:制革工业废水水质成分复杂,污染物浓度高,处理难度大,目前没有成熟的处理工艺能完全处理达标制革废水.为了能稳定、有效地降解制革废水中的有机物、氨氮等污染物,设计A/O变形工艺处理制革废水实验,并研究A/O变形工艺在不同负荷条件下的处理效果.在本实验的最佳工艺条件下,废水CODcr去除率为92.52﹪~95.85﹪,BOD5去除率为96.93﹪~99.39﹪,NH3-N去除率为82.35﹪~99.42﹪,TN去除率为92.70﹪~98.03﹪,达到了制革废水的一级排放标准.

Study on the treatment of tannery wastewater by A/O deformation process

Abstract:In view of the complicated composition of tannery industry wastewater quality, high concentrations of pollutants, the treatment is difficult, and there is no mature processing technology which can completely treat tannery wastewater to the standards. To effectively degrade organism, ammonia nitrogen ect pollutants of tannery wastewater in stable, the experiment of A/O deformation process was designed to treat the tannery wastewater, and the treatment effects of different load in A/O deformation process are studied. Under the op- timal conditions of this experiment, the CODer removal rate is 92.52 % - 95.85 % , BOD5 removal rate is 96.93 % - 99.39 %, ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 82.35 % - 99.42 % , total nitrogen removal rate is 92.70 % to 98.03 % , and so that to achieve first discharge standard of tannery wastewater.
