| 摘 要： | 针对网络教育提出了教学以教师为中心、学生为主体的教育思想，分析了传统教育与网络教育的利弊，提出了素质教育以培养学生的获得信息能力为目标，学会做事，学会发展，学会创造的教学观点，从教育技术学的观点介绍了网络教育的几种类型。
