| 摘 要： | 突破型质量改进模式是近年来出现的一种新的质量改进模式．它的思维突破核心理论和特点，运用于高校教育改革中有着很重要的现实意义．通过分析突破型质量改进模式在普通高等院校质量管理整体改革中的运用案例，和它在局部教学改革中运用这两个方面，表明在高校教育改革中正确运用突破型质量改进模式能使高校教育质量得到很大提高．

| Abstract: | The hardcore and application of breakthrough quality improvement mode used in the innovation of teach and management of higher education in colleges and universities were discussed intensively.It is indicated that the quality of education and teach can been improved fleetly from the study of experience of practice and the search of theory,but it must be based on the correct use of breakthrough quality improvement mode. |
