The scene identification of texture feature based on gray level co-occurrence matrix

With the development of IT,texture analysis has become the hot issue of recent image analysis.Texture analysis is widely applied in such major aspects as classification,segmentation,and synthesis of texture.The paper introduces the methods of extracting texture characteristic value and identifying the catalog of the scene through grey level co-occurrence matrix.The methods can not only describe the image's grayscale distribution information,but also display local details.
