威宁鸡与贵州黄鸡血清酯酶-1的多态性比较研究

摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对贵州优良地方鸡种威宁鸡48份血清蛋白的酯酶(ES-1)位点电泳图谱的检测,并与贵州黄鸡相应位点的比较研究发现:威宁鸡的酯酶-1呈现明显的多态现象。两个品种的ES-1A频率都很低。

Abstract:Genetic polymorphism of esterase was determined samples collected from Guizhou local breed, Guizhou yellow that the electrophoretic profiles of serum esterase appeared by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in 48 chicken on the relative locus. The results serum showed polymorphism in Weining chicken . And for both breeds, frequency of ES-I^A was very low.
