摘    要:建立了6%抗坏血酸水剂在烟草及土壤中的残留分析方法,该方法的最小检出量为2.0×10^-8g.按0.1、1.0、10.0 mg/kg进行添加回收试验,结果表明:烟草植株的平均回收率为94.0%-95.1%,相对标准偏差为5.0%-9.0%;土壤样本的回收率为90.0%-98.4%,相对标准偏差为2.3%-7.4%,该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度均符合农药残留检测的要求。

Analytical Method of Residues for 6% Ascorbic Acid WA on Tobacco and Soil

Abstract:Analytical method of residues for 6% Ascorbic Acid WA was established on tobacco and soil. The minimal determined quantity is 2.0×10^-8g. The results showed that the recoveries were found to be in the aver- age range of 94.0% to 95.1% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of variation from 5.0% to 9.0% for plant samples, when the additive amount was 0.1 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 10.0 mg/kg, and the recoveries were found to be in the range of 90.0% to 98.4% with RSD of variation from 2.3% to 7.4% for soil samples. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the determination method accords with the technological standard of deter- minations pesticide residues.
