| 摘 要： | 对于群体决策问题，本文给出一类基于塔形惩罚的评分排序方法，并且验证了该方法类对应的群体偏差映射满足偏差公理的情况。此外，还讨论了方法类的几种典型的特例。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a class of mark sequencing methods with tower panalty are given in group decision making, and group preference - deviation mapping corresponding to the methods are verified to satisfy all preference - deviation axioms.
